My Marketing Hub – Overview
My Marketing Hub: Our client’s gateway to all of the marketing products and services we have provisioned for them.
It’s designed to be a central hub for everything we provide to our clients, including access to marketing apps and automated proof-of-performance reporting.
In My Marketing Hub, our clients can…
- View recent marketing activity
- View their personalized Executive Report
- View and access active marketing products
- Configure their Business Profile and information
- Edit their user information
- Manage email notifications
- See results
- Manage Reputation/Social Media
The side navigation menu in My Marketing Hub allows users to quickly access what’s most important. Products are featured right within the navigation, and users can choose which products to feature, in what order, for quick access.
Navigating the Dashboard
When accessing My Marketing Hub, our clients will first be brought to the Dashboard. This is broken down into the following:
- Location switcher – Allows users to switch between business locations. Users can also set the default location that is loaded when they login to MMH.
- Navigation – Used to navigate between the different pages within MMH. Both the Products and Settings tabs can be expanded to show submenus.
- Welcome banner – Allows users to quickly connect either their Google My Business or Facebook accounts. These sources are used to power various data throughout MMH, so it is highly recommended users connect these.
- Recent activity – Shows important events that have occurred recently. These are pulled directly from the products active on the account.
- Products – Shows the top products for the account. These can be re-ordered by pinning products in the Navigation menu.
- Account details – Shows the business details of the account the user is currently viewing.
To access My Marketing Hub as an admin, go to Partner Center > Businesses > Accounts > Account Name and select Open My Marketing Hub.
